Top 5 Web Browsers For You ☺♣♠

Web browsers are designed for users to basically use the internet in style, with customization and many other features that you think would suit you. Now days we mostly use our web browsers more than anything else on our computer. A web browser would probably be used at least every day. Trust me, you will feel internet sick if you don’t/not allowed to use use the internet. I have created a list of the top 5 web browsers that I think are very interesting and are things that I use everyday. (These are not facts, but only opinions.

1. Google Chrome: Google has probably created the most dynamic web browser of all time. Google has mainly tried everything to make it satisfactory. Google’s main purpose in their browser was to make it light. No bugging downloads screen and messed up plugins with a bunch of pop ups. Google has made it convenient to search up basically anything in a flash. The basic structure of this web browser is very simple for people to use it. Just by looking at it, you’ll probably know how to use it. It’s a special browser that has the power to do what you choose. Personalized themes and basically everything that a web surfer would need. http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/make/download.html?brand=CHKZ

2. Mozilla Firefox: Firefox is basically the safest browser that you could find. It has great features, great themes, and it’s very attractive just when you set your eyes on it. Probably one of the best browsers that you could find, but it really isn’t a light browser like Chrome. Though unlike Chrome, Firefox, has many security options and a lot of widgets that you could get off like a basic plug-in. Firefox is also very dynamic in it’s add-ons billions of plug-ins are always available at mozzila.com. Firefox is a great a recommended browser. (I use both firefox and chrome!) http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/

3. Opera: Opera is a good browser. It’s not the best yet it’s not the worst ,but there’s no other browser like Opera which is fast. Opera has great features and has supported internet in the Wii and many other game consoles. The code behind it makes it more available to other type of operating systems. It has also been available to many portable handheld devices including the iPhone which usually uses Safari. It’s open to the community with development, feedback, and great support. It deserves a spot for the top 3.

4. Safari: Apple has once again done it. They have created something that is very easy to use and attractive at the same time. Not the best browser you could find but It’s an OK type of browser. I would rather use this than IE8. Safari is a fast browser that can help you search quickly and get a lot of sneak peaks of movies on it’s Apple home page. It can be a slow browser but it’s still usable for web surfers. Not the fastest but it’s still pretty safe with great web filtering and keeps you safe from malware etc. http://www.apple.com/safari/

5. Internet Explorer 9: IE9 is not the best web browser in the world. Out of probably 5 nice web browser it would be rated as the last rank. It’s slow, buggy, but you know when you download a new operating system, you at least have something to surf the web on. It’s better than nothing. Microsoft, this is not a great web browser. I was praying for it to download Google Chrome when I first got my new computer. It’s amazingly slow and buggy with a bunch of useless things that first pop up when you boot it up. You’ll probably slap you’re head when you start Internet Explorer. ‘Sigh’, this browser is just………….bad. If you prefer it you can download new versions @ http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/products/ie/home

Got LunaTik? Got TikTok?

Apple’s iPods are a new tech frenzy gadget, but sometimes, to check the time, it can be a big problem. Shoving your hand down a tight pocket to look at the time isn’t worth it. How about making is like a watch so you could check the time, play games, check music, and feel pocket free. Take a step ahead and you’ll meet the LunaTik and TikTok. The products that are made by the same company have caught the eye of Apple. A simple idea to make you’re iPod nano into a watch and entertainment display. Just think of a way of how you could sneak that into school. The mastermind behind it, Scott Wilson.

TikTok: The TicTok was probably the simpler version for the idea of putting the iPod nano safely into int’s case and can be compaitable with the Nike Zoom. You basically take the nano and push it into the slot. That was it. You could also take it out by pushing it out through the brand hole. It was that easy. Imagine your self just running around with a really cool watch. TikTok is $39.95 and you can buy it off of www.lunatik.com. The genius behind it was Scott Wilson and Chicago-based designer. He had thought of this idea and had worked and engineered this for a while and expected only a little when instead $1 million dollars was poured on him!

LunaTik: The LunaTik is probably just like the TikTok except that it has some new engineering for people who would like to keep their iPod nano like a watch/running watch. (You can watch the video below for some further details on the TikTok and LunaTik.) It’s basically engineered so that people who would like to keep it like a watch, it would stay in place for a while with 2 small metal sticks. The LunaTik is pretty cool if you go and check it out. It’s only at the price of $79.95. You can’t get it any better than that. For further information go to: www.lunatik.com

TikTok and LunaTik are both cool new gadgets that are pretty cheap. Remember the requirements are 1 or more iPod nanos. I’m pretty sure Apple is going to be like it was their idea. If they can’t think of anything this is what they do sometimes. Just like the thing about jailbreaking. Scott Wilson and his company: MINIMAL, have already made sooooooo much money in just early release of their products. Future improvement for the company’s economy and success should be in the positives. Just saying: the name also sounds pretty cool 🙂 .

PSN Network: 5/15/11: PSN NETWORK IS BACK UP!

PSN Network is finally back up after a month of no online gaming or online services.

PSN Network is finally back up! After a month gamers around the world were waiting for this moment. Planned to open up on the 31st, Sony had maybe fixed the problem earlier and was able to open the PSN Network, live and running. I haven’t really tried it out yet but Sony claims that they had opened back PSN Network. PSN Network might be opened up but some things have been limited to gamers across the United States. The new update has also required for you to change your password. In addition to online gameplay, the update brings back video rental playback, Music Unlimited on Qriocity, Netflix/Hulu access, Friends Lists, chat, Trophy comparison and PlayStation Home.

It’s like finally the PSN Network is back up. Network services have opened up so Black Ops for sure will be available online as of today. Though if you had any important personal information on the PSN Network, giving it the most complex password won’t do any good if the network service are hacked again.

After all many people did stick with the PSN Network even though the hack had made some big holes in our security. Still the Playstation Network probably had the best services for it’s players and also many other things.

Don’t forget Sony made a promise to give 1 month free for Playstation Plus services and other things. I wonder if they will keep their promise in this time. Now I can finally play some video games and I can also watch my Netflix stuff. It’s been almost forever since I had played my PS3. Still It’s kinda weird that the Playstation Network is what people usually want. I mean after all most people stopped playing just because the PSN Network was down. Still, who did it?

Playstation Network down for the 12th day!

Well if you haven’t heard of this. Playstation Network was shut down on April 20th. Gamers who thought this problem of maintenance who be fixed in a few hours, turned off their systems and went to do something else. Turns out this ‘maintenance’ turned out to be 13 days for these gamers. Sony has recently said that they will open back online tomorrow the 3rd of May. Well that’s the basic live story from Sony, but if we go back to see what happened we can see why.

Sony was hacked several days before the initial day that the news was spread around. When they were hacked. The hacker seemed to have get credit card information of 70 million people. The hacker was able to get personal information from PSN accounts, passwords, and also credit card numbers and other processing information from the cards. This was a hole in Sony’s wall. Millions of people were suing Sony like crazy. Sony had lost a lot of money and in further due, they had completely shut down the Playstation Network to prevent any other issues. Although gamers and other people were very disappointed,  Sony had a job to do. They had to find out who did this and then grab the information back from them.

Sony had lost a lot of it’s reviews on security and now barely any people trust the company. Sony tried to persuade people that the problem would be fixed, but I really don’t think that worked. To save their butts Sony had sent out news saying that all their info. on the users were encrypted so that the hacker (or unauthorized person) would be unable to view the information. Really Sony? Did you have to make up such an awful lie? Now people hate you even more. Nice going. Such an awful lie, wow.

Sony had said to improve their firewall and security from hackers by trying to keep higher surveillance and have programs to check the Playstation Network. With this I guess people could be convinced. Just hope that the programs aren’t going to be hacked. Sony has said to open back the Playstation Network up tomorrow so, for all you gamers and addicts. Tomorrow should be a party at your house for you Call of Duty: Black Ops. But remember when the Playstation Network opens back up tomorrow, don’t forget that you should change your password immediately!

Don’t take the word that it will certainly open back up tomorrow. With a big breach like this it may take a while for Sony to open back the PSN up. If it still doesn’t work then Sony has found another problem or another idea etc. After this big of a hack the date of when it will open back up can’t be confirmed for sure. I’m a big PSN fan, so I will also being await for this information. I’ll update this article if the PSN opens back up, so stay tuned.
